Nancy is the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Client Relations at Intellus Advisors, bringing a wealth of experience and a commitment to excellence in financial services. Since joining Intellus Advisors in 2008, Nancy has played a pivotal role in streamlining operations and enhancing client relationships, ensuring the firm’s continued growth and success.
Before her tenure at Intellus Advisors, Nancy held senior positions at Morgan Keegan in Ft. Lauderdale, where she was a Senior Registered Sales Associate and Associate Vice President. Morgan Keegan later became part of Raymond James in 2013. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Branch Manager Assistant and Registered Sales Assistant at Ladenburg Thalman in Boca Raton, as well as a Financial Advisor with Advest and Smith Barney in Providence, Rhode Island.
Nancy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island. Her extensive background in client relations, sales, and operations makes her a vital asset to the firm, and she is deeply passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals.
A first-generation U.S. citizen, Nancy’s family emigrated from the Azores, Portugal, in the late 1960s. She is semi-fluent in Portuguese and enjoys visiting her family in the Azores, where her parents retired. Originally from Seekonk, Massachusetts, Nancy now resides in Naples, Florida, where she enjoys reading, traveling, beach activities, live music, and spending quality time with her children, Grace and Quinn.
