Since joining Intellus Advisors in 2008, she has played a key role in strengthening operations, enhancing service processes, and supporting the firm’s continued growth.
Nancy brings more than two decades of experience in financial services, with a background that includes senior leadership roles at Morgan Keegan and Ladenburg Thalman. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bryant University and is known for her hands-on leadership style, operational excellence, and ability to foster long-term client relationships built on trust.
Originally from Massachusetts and a first-generation U.S. citizen, Nancy’s family emigrated from the Azores, Portugal, a heritage she deeply values. She now lives in Naples, where she enjoys quality time with her two children, reading, traveling, live music, and beach days. She often returns to the Azores to visit family and believes that maintaining strong personal roots is essential to both life and leadership.
