Susan Mangino
Client Relationship ManagerSusan brings over 30 years of experience to her current role as senior registered client service associate. She has worked in the financial industry in New York City and Los Angeles in multiple capacities including client service, sales/administration, operations and compliance.
Susan enthusiastically encourages open communication with an emphasis on teamwork, integrity and with a positive can-do and will-do attitude. She believes customer service is about being a good servant, having respect and listening to people with the goal of earning someone’s trust to come back and see you again.
Former roles include Morgan Stanley branch manager assistant, vice president and voting share holder of a New York Stock Exchange member firm and joint-owner, secretary, and treasurer of a dry-bulk cargo ship-chartering company.
Susan graduated Cairn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Bible and leadership. She enjoys golf, skiing, reading and travel. A volunteer-time passion is to work with ministry partners, both domestic and global, to support and encourage the marginalized in our world. She has led several service teams to Africa. Susan has two daughters, a graduate of Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a resident U.S. Army neurosurgeon at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
