Before joining Intellus, Sandy led human resources and operations at Adams Foods Inc., where she managed payroll and HR for more than 1,000 employees over thirteen years. Earlier in her career, she gained investigative experience in the insurance industry, work that honed her precision and problem-solving skills. She holds a degree in business administration from Florida SouthWestern State College.

Born in New York and raised in Naples, Sandy is bilingual in English and Spanish. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling out of the country, spending time outdoors, and making memories with family and friends.
